By making a purchase from us you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. Buyer(s) of any item(s) are referred to in this sale as “you”. Unique Treasures LLC is referred to as “we” “our” and or “us”.
- You may return any item we shipped to the Continental USA within fifteen days of our shipping,subject to the following terms:
- You must contact us in writing either by email or regular us mail within the fifteen (15) day period. No returns will be accepted without our written authorization number. Any authorized return shall be subject to a twenty per cent (20%) cancellation fee. To be eligible for an authorized return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs going and coming if you make that authorized return. Such charges shall be deducted from your refund.
- NOTE: ANY ITEMS MARKED SPECIAL ORDER MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
- All sales shipped out of the USA, or to HAWAII, ALASKA, or PUERTO RICO, are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- All items are as described herein, and you acknowledge you have not relied on any verbal comments by our staff in making this purchase. We are not responsible for typos or errors posted on this website.
- All items purchased herein are subject to current sales taxes if shipped within the state of Florida, as well as any other governmental tax laws existing now or in the future.
- Once you have made your purchase and have paid for it you agree to accept delivery of those purchased items. If you refuse your delivery without inspection or miss your delivery appointment, you will incur original shipping charges along with actual return shipping plus the aforementioned cancellation fees.
- If any item shipped to you arrives damaged it is your obligation to notify us and the carrier within three (3) days of receipt of the shipment. You must institute a claim with the carrier and notify us, (in writing) within three (3) days of receipt of shipment with the claim number. Failure by you to do anything described in this paragraph may cause you to lose any rights to a refund or coverage of loss.
- All other claims or disputes by you (other than shipments) must be filed within fifteen (15) days of the day we ship.
- This transaction is subject to the laws of the state of Florida. Any claims made by you must be filed in the county in which we are located in.
- You agree not to bring any disputes to a court of law and waive the right to trial by jury. You and we agree any and all claims will be settled through mandatory arbitration. The party that prevails shall be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable attorney’s fees.
- You agree not to initiate or join any class action suit(s) against us.
- Our failure to enforce any one of the terms herein shall not affect the validity of that term or any other term stated herein.
HOW WE SHIP
- We take the utmost care in packing your items and ship fully insured. Large pieces are wrapped carefully then put in wooden crates. Smaller pieces are wrapped carefully and packed into heavy duty boxes. Because of the extra care we take in preparing items for shipping, it may take up to three weeks to receive large pieces. Smaller pieces are sent by, UPS, USPS, or FEDEX, and should arrive within ten days of payment.
