ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Any authorized exception by us is subject to a Twenty per cent (20%) cancellation fee. If eligible for an authorized return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs if you make that authorized return.

1. All items are as described herein, and you acknowledge you have not relied on any verbal comments by our staff in making this purchase.
2. All items offered herein are subject to current Sales Taxes if shipped to an address in the state of Florida as well as any other Governmental Tax Laws existing now or in the future.
3. Once you have made your purchase and have paid for it you agree to accept delivery of those purchased items.
4. If any item shipped to you arrives damaged it is your obligation to notify us and the carrier within THREE (3) days of receipt of the shipment. You must institute a claim with the carrier and notify us, (in writing) within FIVE (5) days of receipt of shipment with the claim number. Failure by you to do anything described in this paragraph may cause you to lose any rights to a refund or coverage of loss.
5. All other claims by you (other than shipments) must be filed within TEN (10) days of receipt.
6. This transaction is subject to the laws of the State of Florida. Any claims made by you must be filed in the county in which we are located in.
